Shipping Policy

At Studio Custom, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our Llandudno studio. We currently use Royal Mail for all deliveries across the UK.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

  • Personalised items usually dispatch within 1–4 working days (depending on order queue)

  • Non-personalised items usually dispatch within 1–2 working days.
    If your order includes multiple items, everything will be shipped together once complete.

Delivery Times

We ship with various Royal Mail services, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Please note these are estimates only, delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

We always aim to keep postage costs as accurate and fair as possible.
Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
If we ever notice a major difference between what you paid and the actual shipping cost, we’ll contact you to refund or adjust the difference where appropriate.

Order Tracking

Most smaller orders (like keyrings, coasters, and tags) are sent as standard Royal Mail letters and do not include tracking, unless you've specifically selected "signed for" postage at checkout.
Larger or higher-value parcels may be sent Signed For or Tracked, depending on the service chosen.

In-Store Pickup (Free)

If you’re local, you can choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email letting you know it can be collected from our shop at:

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Orders should be collected within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email contact@studiocustom.co.uk with your order number so we can help locate it.
Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date.
