Welcome to Studio Custom. By placing an order through our website (studiocustom.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
Studio Custom is a UK-based business operating from:
Units 7–8, 39 Mostyn Street, The Mall, Llandudno, LL30 2NL.
We specialise in personalised and custom-made gifts, alongside a range of non-personalised products.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
2. Products and Personalisation
Each personalised product is custom-made based on the details you provide during checkout.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, and other personalisation details are correct before submitting your order.
Studio Custom is not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect names or wording).
In the event of an error caused by us (such as a design or spelling mistake), we’ll replace or refund the affected item in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, shipping costs, or product availability at any time.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as any payment methods supported by Shopify Checkout.
4. Shipping
We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times and postage details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, Studio Custom cannot be held responsible for postal delays outside our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

6. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once a personalised item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@studiocustom.co.uk.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product photos, and website content are the property of Studio Custom and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Studio Custom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Our total liability will not exceed the value of the item purchased.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
